“To often we are focus on treating the pain instead of addressing the cause”
Our body has two priorities for survival; to breathe and to move – and without both – we will die.

Our bodies are so incredible that it will find a way to meet these priorities, and it’s willing to sacrifice anything else in order to do this.
An aligned body functions in a 1-2-3 sequence
- includes the diaphragm, psoas and glutes.
- includes the quadriceps, hamstrings, stomach muscles and the back.
- include the muscles below the knee and upper body (chest, arms and neck).
Most of us and even elite athletes do not function in the 1-2-3 sequence.
These compensations put us at risk, Our body’s ability to overcome stresses and pressures of life can result in reduced movement and exercise. Measurable reductions in strength, power, flexibility and endurance often occur, leaving our bodies less resilient, and at risk of poor performance, pain and dysfunction, both in the way we move and we behave. If you experience a traumatic event or injury, you’ll notice the slow and gradual decline in function and performance.
These compensations then get tired, and eventually break. The result is at best a loss of energy, at worst constant chronic pain and reduced function.
It is almost inevitable nowadays – for everyone. And it is equally simple to reverse when you really honor what your body needs to function correctly.
The Be Activated System starts by testing what your body is doing now, so that changes can be clearly measured. This is done by simple muscle resistance, strength and flexibility tests.
The next step is to activate the body and to breathe correctly (nearly everyone still gets this wrong.)
Once the first priority (breathing) is met effectively, we run through the body’s sequencing patterns, testing and activating, so muscles and structures can return to their correct patterns – they start doing their own job, rather than someone else’s. Then the body and brain can integrate and allow the you to work effectively and efficiently.
A stress-free body can go back to working at full capacity, with full energy.
The measurements are important, but what we feel is always foremost in our our minds as we work.
It’s all done using Activations which can be done safely and immediately, in any setting.
That does not mean you’ll suddenly be indestructible for eternity, Chronic muscle patterns will need reminding. The Activation techniques are simple to teach so that you can do them yourself. This offer you a unique, powerful toll for control over your own health.
Change your life, change the way you perform, feel and think, manage your stress levels and life life the way it was intended

On One to one assessment and Be Activated treatment sessions are tailored to injury elimination and / or performance improvement.
Activation sessions can be one on one or dual coaching activation sessions take place alongside your coach at your training location, following a full sequence of Be Activated treatment sessions.
Be-Activated – is not only for athletes, it’s for all, the young, the elderly, those recovering from trauma, injuries, or for those that want to feel 10 years younger . . . . .
How And Why Does The Body Shut Down?
STRESS, ILLNESS, OVERUSE, SITTING FOR HOURS IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTER – in addition, life is hard.
The stressors of life . . . fear, failure, doubt, negativity, anger, hatred, jealousy, rejection, greed, sadness etc. will impact our physiology. The challenges that people deal with everyday causes and over-active sympathetic (adrenaline) response of fight, flight or freeze.
The Root of the Problem isn’t what you think…
Each of us as our own pain points, whether it be tight shoulders and neck, hamstrings, quads, etc. However, what we may not realise is the root of these problems is all connected through one muscle-one you’ve never heard of, let alone trained or stretched.
Introducing the Hidden Muscle that is the key to unlocking your full potential.
The Psoas is the muscle that connects the lower body to the upper body, and affects the position of the pelvis. The Psoas connect three part of your body, from the lumber spine into the hip and then into the femur.
It is one of two muscles that makes up the iliopsoas, and is the bridge between the upper and lower body. Almost every movement involves the Psoas, making it not only one of the most important muscles in the body, but also the secret to unlocking your full potential.
When the Psoas healthy and functioning correctly it creates a neutral pelvic alignment, stabilizing the hips and supporting the lower back and abdomen. When it is unbalanced or tight, there are serious consequences in almost every part of your body, showing up as upper and lower cross syndrome, which result in a pelvic tilt.

When the body goes into a defense pattern it affects our breathing, which causes the PSOAS muscle to tighten as it thinks it is fight, flight or freeze. In an attempt to protect itself the body collapses to defend the vital organs of the chest and gut.
One by one the other muscle starting shutting down, causing all sorts of problems throughout the body. Put simply the “Psoas is the core of activity in the body”
So, when the Psoas is out of balance or tightens, there are serious consequences which flow throughout the body. The only way to correct this is to activate the diaphragm, reconnect the diaphragm to the brain and one by one activate all the muscles that have shut down.
